Prospective Clients

1. Collect: 
   • Full Name
   • Cell Phone Number
   • Email
   • How did you hear about us?
   • What is your legal issue? 
     • Advise them not to provide any confidential        information about their case until we're able to perform a conflict check.
   • Are you working with an attorney on this issue?
   • Name of the opposing party

1. Review NOTES > Consultations
2. Schedule a paid consultation using the calendar and accept payment. 
   • 30-minutes by phone.
   • 60-minutes by Zoom.
   • If they decline, fill out the Intake Form and take a message. 
     • Advise that we'll pass along their information to        Attorney Cristal and thank them for calling.

Existing Clients

1. Collect: 
   • Name
   • Verify number
   • Reason for the call

1. Fill out the Intake Form.
2. If they need to speak with Attorney Cristal:
   • Schedule them using this calendar unless they       specifically ask for a different type of appointment. 
     • 30-minute Phone Meeting.
     • Advise them they'll be billed directly.

1. If they decline to schedule or would like to leave a message: 
   • Take a message and advise: 
     • They can also reach out to the attorney via Facebook        Messenger, MyCase, or the service center within our website.
     • The attorney's direct number can also be located        within the service center online.

Attorney/Court Staff/Government Agencies

1. Collect: 
   • Name
   • Number
   • Email
   • Reason for the call/Client or Case they are calling about

1. Fill out the Intake Form.
2. Attempt a transfer to Attorney Cristal. 
   • If unavailable, offer to schedule them for a non-client meeting on the calendar. 
     • If they decline, take a message.

Sales

1. Collect: 
   • Name
   • Number
   • Reason for the call

1. Take a message

Disposition the call as Unknown/Sales and use the "unwanted sales" canned response. In the caller profile, choose "BLOCK CALLER FOR THIS PRO".

Returning a Call

1. Collect:
