LEGAL CLINIC
Robinson Law wants everyone to have legal representation. One way we do this is to offer pro bono services for some who are unable to pay for law, mediation, and consulting services. We provide you with a Fee Agreement that lays out the scope of work to be completed by the firm, your responsibilities, any payment arrangements for expenses, and other terms.
We provide services through our firm along with volunteering at several legal clinics such as Legal Aid. You will be required to complete a financial and legal application to qualify for the firm to represent you. We follow the eligibility guidelines of the Legal Aid in the state.

Get Approved for a Meeting
After a conflict check, you will receive an application to provide financial information, household information, and legal need that will be used to qualify you for the pro bono program. Please understand we are unable to accept all clients either paying or pro bono. Some legal services may require you to pay expenses. Prospective client intake meeting to interview each other and to look at the case Read the Consulting Agreement. By setting , you agree to the agreement. You will be required to e-sign the same agreement.
After application approval for pro bono services, you will receive a code to enter for a free appointment.

My clients have 24 hour access to their complete files along with being able to communicate with me in a secured portal and directly to me by phone, Messenger, or email.
I changed very little after Covid except the courts are closed for in-person in some cases and we use Zoom more instead of meeting in person.
All meetings are by phone or Zoom.
